As you (should) know, we're a band of football louts, and when we've not been hard at work with wonder-business, we've been revelling in the world cup... aside from Oli, who's too neolithic and ape-like. To celebrate, I've compiled a list of my top 5 world cup wonder moments, interspersed with subtle adverts for our new releases which, if you haven't heard yet, we'd love for you to check out (less than subtle).

5. Argentina vs Mexico - That Linesman...

The linesman makes a colossal error in allowing Tevez's offside goal, and then they make the decision to replay the goal inside the stadium, as if parading their disaster in front of the Mexican fans. The linesman and the referee then see their shocking work seconds later in full HD and from then on it just gets funny.

4. Brazil vs France - Roberto Carlos Free Kick

3. Paul the Octopus

This super-mollusc has been recognised as a fully fledged 'animal oracle' since his divinations successfully predicted the outcomes of all seven of Germany's games in the 2010 World Cup, making Paul not just one of our top 5 World Cup Wonder Moments, but also one of our top 5 oracular invertebrates.

2. England vs USA - Rob Green's Mistake

Rob Green's dire attempt to save the ball during England's rout with the USA at the 2010 World Cup hurt everyone watching just as much as it hurt him. As he reached out he single handedly embarrassed an entire nation.

Before we get to our number one, allow me a moment to mention our latest release.

After a long period of writing and rehearsing, we recorded our EP 'One' with our label The Animal Farm in London last year. It was released on May 19th and if I'm honest, we're pretty happy with it. We're not one for hard-selling, but we'd love it if you would check it out. It's up on iTunes, or if you'd rather give it a test run first you can listen for free on Spotify. Also, we want to know what you think. Get ahold of us on Facebook or Twitter And now, on with football...

1. Italy vs France - The Zidane Headbutt

French legend Zinedine Zidane honestly couldn't have left international football any better if he'd Falcon Punched his way through the crowd to make his exit.

We hope you're enjoying Brazil 2014 as much as we are! Please take a second to check out the culmination of a years hard work by downloading our EP ONE!
