Busta Rhymes pleads guilty to throwing protein drink: So basically Busta Rhymes wasn’t very happy with an employee at the gym in which he attends. This is because the employee (or victim of this savage attack) wouldn’t allow his entourage of videographers in to film his workout. They then got into some sort of altercation which ended in, and I quote; “The rapper throwing his chocolate based muscle drink” all over the employee. Now a few things jump out at me here. The first being the fact he had a videographer to film his workout! Come on Busta we all know that camera was to film the ladies at the squat machine. The second and most important thing here, which I sense is the actual crime in all of this is the wasted a protein shake! Granted it was a chocolate shake which is my least favourite by a mile. Regardless of that those things aren’t cheap. The long and short of it is Busta Rhymes now has to attend three anger management classes. I can only imagine what will happen when he isn’t allowed to take his videographer to film his new three part music video series ‘Busta Shake in your class’

Le Bataclan will reopen: Last Friday the whole world was rocked by the horrifying scenes in Paris. I am certainly not the first and won’t be the last to express how saddened the band and myself were when the news first broke. So to hear the news that Le Bataclan (the music venue in which 118 lives were unjustly taken) will reopen is music to my ears. It will never be the same again and nor should it, but I believe that this is exactly the right decision, as we must not bow down to terrorism. This shows great strength and unity in times of fear and uncertainty. I think what I’m trying to say is although what happened was simply unforgivable and unforgettable, the unity and courage to reopen this landmark music venue really is a positive thing and this story has definitely lifted my mood.
